Rohaven Guest House

Rohaven Guest House is a 1920s house built in a Victorian style offering a welcoming place to stay in the estuary town of Exmouth. With off-road car parking at the front of the house and ground floor bedrooms offering wheelchair access, we can accommodate families, elderly guests or people with disabilities. There are excellent bus links to the town centre and we are only half a mile from National Cycle Route 2.

All our rooms are comfortably furnished with en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, Freeview TV, Wifi, hairdryer, central heating and a beverage tray for making hot drinks. There are double, twin and family rooms which can cater for up to 4 guests. Our garden offers an excellent place to relax with outside seating and lawned area.

Have a great start to the day by enjoying one of our full English or vegetarian breakfasts which is served in our elegant dining room. For special occasions, we can also arrange for champagne or flowers to be waiting for you on arrival. Nothing is too much trouble at the Rohaven and we look forward to seeing you very soon.
