Welcome to Breken Guest House, situated on Morton Road in Exmouth, close to the beach, river estuary and marina. The town centre is also within easy walking distance and there is on-street parking. Guests will find plenty of takeaways, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, as well as excellent transport links to surrounding towns.

The accommodation consists of a double, twin and a family room with a private bathroom. All are equipped with Freeview TV, Wifi and refreshments. Cots and ironing facilities are available on request. In the morning, choose from a full English or vegetarian breakfast, freshly prepared for you and served in our dining room.

Exmouth is on the east coast of Devon where the River Exe meets the sea. There are 2 miles of sandy beach where you will find kite surfing, kayaking and windsurfing opportunities. Try out the many cycle paths, birdwatch on the estuary, or walk along the Jurassic Coast and find some fossils to take home!
