Larkbeare Grange

Larkbeare Grange is an attractive Georgian house with a tree lined driveway, offering bed and breakfast in a rural setting between Exeter, Sidmouth and the Blackdown Hills. Surrounded by open fields which are home to our own sheep and cows, as well as having an orchard and gardens, visitors will have a peaceful and relaxing stay. There is plenty of car parking, with solar charging points for electric cars. We can also provide bike hire.

Recommended in Sawday’s Special Places to Stay, we have 4 individually-styled guest rooms offering comfortable beds, en suite bathrooms with double ended baths and walk-in showers, eco-friendly toiletries, a TV, free Wifi, telephone, hairdryer and a beverage tray. There are double rooms, twin rooms and our suite, which can sleep up to 3 guests. You can enjoy little extras like freshly-cut flowers and homemade biscuits.

Larkbeare Grange has a Visit England Breakfast Award. We grow our own soft fruits, make our own marmalade, jams and yoghurts, bake our own bread and squeeze our own fruit juices. Local, organic and Fairtrade produce is proudly used wherever possible and special diets are happily accommodated. We hope to see you soon!
