Prime Spot Cottages would like to present 2 beautifully-furnished holiday cottages offering self-catering accommodation along the North Devon coast. Close to the beaches and South West Coast Path, these cottages are ideal as a base to explore the area. Choose from 4-Star rated Water’s Edge Cottage in Lynmouth and the 3-star rated Bosun’s Cottage in Combe Martin.

Water’s Edge is an end-of-terrace stone cottage for 6 people, offering a riverside location near Lynmouth harbour. There is a large lounge with Freeview TV, DVD player and free Wifi; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher; a double en suite bedroom, a twin room and an additional double. There is also a private front garden and car parking.

Bosun’s Cottage is a home-from-home place to stay for 4 guests, only 75 metres away from the beach. It has an open plan living area featuring comfortable sofas, Freeview TV, log burning stove, dining area and kitchenette with dishwasher. Upstairs, there is a double and a twin bedroom. Both properties are dog-friendly and are close to the many local shops, pubs and restaurants.
