Horry Mill

Horry Mill is a beautiful self-catering holiday cottage on a working small farm near Winkleigh and featuring original stone walls, an inglenook fireplace and exposed wooden beams. Nestled in 65 acres of our own private oak woodland, adjacent to Hollocombe Water, this accommodation is ideal for guests who enjoy walking, cycling, wildlife-watching or those simply seeking a rural base to explore Devon.

Catering for 4 guests, relax in the cosy lounge in front of the roaring open fire with an original fireplace and bread oven. There is also full central heating, a TV, DVD player, Wifi and sofas. The kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, washer and tumble dryer, with a separate dining room and rustic table. There is a double and a twin bedroom plus a family-sized bathroom.

The south-facing garden has a terrace area, summer house and barbeque and you might have the occasional duck or chicken wandering in to see you! There is car parking and well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a local store, garage post office, 2 pubs and tearooms in the village. Owners Simon and Sonia live on site and will be delighted to show you around the farm.
