Woodhouse Farm offers bed and breakfast accommodation and a self-catering cottage on the southern fringes of the Howardian Hills AONB, near the village of Westow. Situated midway between York and Malton, this rural setting is ideal for walkers, cyclists or people who enjoy a peaceful getaway, where you can help feed the animals, collect the eggs or wildlife-watch on the farm.

Our Bed and Breakfast has been rated with 4-Stars by the AA with our guest rooms located in the 18th century farmhouse. Each offers en suite shower rooms, a Freeview TV, hairdryer, safe, radio alarm clock and beverage tray. There are king-sized, twin and family rooms with a king-sized bed and 2 chair beds. Guests can relax in the cosy lounge in front of the log fire. Breakfast is served in our beautiful dining room with beamed ceilings and wood panelled walls. Cooked-to-order with fresh local ingredients, you can choose from options including smoked haddock to a full English breakfast, with eggs from our own hens and our own homemade preserves.

Perfect for family holidays, our self-catering Grade II listed barn conversion, Apple Cottage, is a comfortable place to stay for 4 to 6 guests. It has an open plan living area, fully-equipped kitchen, downstairs double bedroom, twin bedroom in the gallery and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
