Skipwith Station Holidays offer unique self-catering holiday homes in 3 beautifully refurbished railway carriages and a converted loading shed. Once the site of the Derwent Valley Light Railway, this accommodation is surrounded by scenic Yorkshire countryside and ideal for families, train buffs and outdoors enthusiasts.

Lady Derramore Carriage is a former Virgin West Coast carriage, Derwent Mail Carriage is a converted mail van and The Derwent Flyer Carriage was once First Class Compartments. All can sleep 2 adults and 2 children, with an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, central heating, Wifi, 2 bedrooms and an outside private decking area.

Blackberry Halt is a holiday home for 2 people in the old loading shed. The interior has a beautiful circular roof, open plan kitchen with dining and living area, king-sized en suite bedroom and a reading area in the mezzanine. Aero beds can be provided for accompanying children. The courtyard contains a hot tub for the exclusive use of guests staying at Blackberry Halt. Some of our properties allow pets and can be booked separately or together for larger groups.
