Rose Cottage Farm

Rose Cottage Farm would like to present 2 well-appointed holiday cottages, Briar and Bramble, near the picturesque village of Sutton-under-Whitestonecliffe. Located on a rare breeds working farm on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, the cottages are ideally placed for walkers, cyclists or travellers looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Both cottages have their main living areas, with beamed ceilings, on the first floor to make the most of the magnificent views across the Vale of York. Each property has an open plan sitting / dining / kitchen area with a wood burning stove and TV. Downstairs is an en suite bedroom which can be set up as a king-sized bed or with twin beds as required. There is a shared laundry room.

There is parking available and the cottages can be booked separately or together for groups of 4 people. Dogs are welcome by agreement and guests are welcome to meet our sheep and ducks around the farm. The cottages are within easy reach of Thirsk, Helmsley, York, Scarborough, Harrogate, Malton, the North York Moors and the Dales.
