Rose Dene is a welcoming, family-run bed and breakfast in the heart of the popular seaside resort of Scarborough. Perfectly placed near the shops and amenities of the town centre, we are ideal for short breaks or as a holiday base. Guests enjoy excellent hospitality courtesy of mother and son team Gillian and Michael.

Each guest bedroom is attractive, comfortable and equipped with en suite facilities, TV, free Wifi and a refreshment tray. There is a guest lounge with TV, DVD player and welcoming leather sofas. A delicious full English and range of other options are available for breakfast. Special diets are happily accommodated.

There is car parking either in our guest car park or free permit parking along the street. North Bay beach is only a 5-minute walk away. If you wish to travel further afield then Filey, Whitby, York and the North York Moors National Park are all within driving distance.
