Kale Pot Cottage

Kale Pot Cottage is an 18th century converted barn offering self-catering accommodation in Newton Dale, within 3 acres of paddock at the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors. The cottage has been decorated to a high standard to incorporate the original exposed beams and vaulted ceilings.

The main living areas are on the first floor to make the most of the stunning views. Upstairs you will find a sitting area with comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, TV, Wifi, a dining area and fully-equipped gallery kitchen. Downstairs, there are 2 en suite bedrooms accommodating up to 5 guests. There is secure bike storage and washing facilities.

Outside you can enjoy al fresco dining on the patio or spot the occasional steam train from the paddock travelling past on the heritage railway line. There is also car parking. You can board the steam trains at Levisham or Newtondale Halt for a scenic journey through the Moors to historic Pickering or the fishing town of Whitby.
