Greystones Bed & Breakfast

A warm Highland welcome awaits at Greystones Bed and Breakfast in the heart of the Cairngorms at Kingussie. This beautiful period property has been lovingly restored by owners Anne and Mark to offer all the elegance of the Victorian Era coupled with the best of up-to-date facilities including Wifi. There is car parking available and dogs are welcome.

Our guest bedrooms are named after local birds; Grouse, Eagle, Owl, Swallow, Wren and Martin. There are single, double and twin rooms as well as a 4-poster room, plus 4 private bathrooms, including our original bathroom with a 1901 Victorian bath. There is also a guest lounge with TV and open fire and you can sit out in the garden to relax. Enjoy a delicious Full Scottish breakfast in the morning and we can provide packed lunches if needed. Greystones can also offer tent pitches if you prefer to camp.

Nestled in the foothills of the Cairngorm and Monadhliath Mountain ranges, Kingussie is a paradise for outdoors activities. In the town you will find a selection of places to eat and a range of shops. There are also peaceful riverside walks, fishing and bird watching or you can visit the ruins of Ruthven Barracks. Kingussie’s 18-hole golf course rises to 1,000 feet above sea level offering spectacular views.
