Strathness House

Welcome to Strathness House, a beautiful Victorian town house on the banks of the River Ness and only a short walk to Inverness city centre. A family-run establishment, with owners Joan and Javed at the helm, guests will find all the facilities of a small hotel with the personal service and hospitality you would receive at a guest house.

There are single, twin, double, family rooms, many with scenic views of the River Ness. Our guest rooms are very comfortable with en suite shower rooms, central heating, Freeview TV, free Wifi and beverage tray. A range of options are available for breakfast and special diets are happily accommodated.

There is on-street parking and the train and bus stations are within walking distance. Both side of the river have pleasant walking paths and the cathedral and castle are also close by.
