Symondsdown Holiday Cottages are located near Axminster in an idyllic area of the Dorset countryside within 6 acres of grounds. All cottages have well-equipped kitchens and televisions and a patio with garden furniture. The Barn is a 2 storey cottage with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 plus a cot. Combpyne is a bungalow with 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 plus a cot. Musbury is a bungalow which sleeps 4. Axe View is a rustic cottage with 2 bedrooms and access to the garden. Beerhaven and Woodbury cottages both sleep 4 plus a cot. Linen and duvets are provided, and we have cots and high chairs available. Symondsdown Holiday Cottages also have the benefit of access to a laundry room and a games room, and there is ample safe car parking.

The nearest beaches are just 4 miles away at Lyme Regis and Charmouth. Lyme Regis is a coastal town in West Dorset, situated 25 miles west of Dorchester and 25 miles (40 km) east of Exeter. It lies in Lyme Bay, on the English Channel coast at the Dorset-Devon border.
