The Bank House B&B

A warm Highland welcome awaits visitors at the Bank House Bed and Breakfast in Fort Augustus. Located in a central location in the village with excellent views across the Caledonian Canal and over to Loch Ness, this is a perfect choice for short breaks and longer stays in the area.

There are 5 guest rooms, all named after local castles. They have a TV, hairdryer, refreshment tray and scenic views. We have 3 en suite rooms including a 4-poster, a double bedroom and a room that can be set up as a twin or super king sized bedroom. Our 2 single rooms share a bathroom. A hearty cooked Scottish breakfast will help start your day. There is a drying room, secure storage for bicycles, garden and car parking.

Visit the fascinating Caledonian Canal Heritage Centre, take a boat trip along Loch Ness and view Urquhart Castle which juts out into the loch, or even have a round of golf at the local course. There are many excellent walks and cycleways, including the famous Great Glen Way.
