Welcome to Lismore, a family-owned guest house in Whitehaven. This gem of a coastal town offers a unique history, impressive architecture, great shopping and an abundance of activities. We welcome many hikers, bikers and travellers looking for a holiday base.

All our rooms have en suite facilities, toiletries, Wifi, TV, hairdryer and a hospitality tray. There are single, double, twin, triple rooms and rooms with sea views. After a sound night’s sleep, enjoy a hearty cooked which will be freshly prepared for you. There is secure bike storage and we can provide luggage storage facilities.

Lakeland’s first peak is a few miles inland at Dent Fell, while down the coast are the rugged cliffs of St Bees Head, a key nesting site for seabirds. St Bees is also the start / end of the Coast-to-Coast (C2C) route, Wainwright's route, which crosses the Lake District to reach the North Sea coast at Robin Hood's Bay in North Yorkshire.
