Stable Annex

The Stable Annex provides superb self-catering accommodation for up to 6 guests in the grounds of St Mary’s Mount Manor House in Ulverston. Dating back to the Victorian era, this building has been sensitively refurbished to retain its original architecture with modern comforts added. Owners Gerry and Marion run the B & B in the main house and will be on hand to offer any help or advice needed during your stay.

The Stable is self-contained and boasts old stone walls and beamed ceilings. There is a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, a wood burning stove, TV and French doors leading to the garden. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with range style cooker and dining area; a double bedroom with private bathroom and 2 en suite rooms which can be arranged with a double or twin beds. The shared garden is perfect for relaxing. Guests can opt to have breakfast in the main house is preferred. Ulverston has plenty of tearooms, coffee shops, friendly inns, restaurants and traditional style shops.
