Cross Keys Temperance Inn

Welcome to The Cross Keys National trust Temperance, a traditional 17th century inn offering bed and breakfast accommodation and a fine restaurant. Situated at the foot of Cautley Spout in the Howgills and next to the River Rawthey, this is a beautifully picturesque setting in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

There are 2 en suite guest bedrooms; a family room with double bed and a sofa bed and the other is a twin room. The comfortable guest lounge has plenty of games and books to keep everyone occupied. Downstairs, there is an elegant parlour with beamed ceilings, a traditional range and a wind up gramophone.

A cooked breakfast is included and we can also provide evening meals for residents from Thursday to Saturday serving classics such as ham and eggs, steak and ale pie, roast duck, rabbit pie and much more besides. We are a Temperance Inn and cannot sell alcohol but guests are welcome to bring along drinks of your choice.
