Newlands House Lake District Self-Catering Cottages are 4 well-appointed holiday homes located in the centre of Keswick. All are traditional cottages within walking distance to the eateries and attractions that this historic market town, surrounded by spectacular fells and lakes, has to offer.

The Studio is a ground floor apartment for 3 guests with double bedroom and a sofa bed; Newlands House has recently been refurbished and offers spacious accommodation spanning 3 floors for up to 11 guests. The Gables is a grand traditional stone house with views across Fitz Park. It can accommodate up to 12 people plus 2 on the sofa bed provided. Oak Lodge is a Grade 2 listed building that was once a 19th century coach house. It can sleep up to 12 guests.

All our properties are equipped with complimentary Wifi, their own patios or gardens and car parking. Dogs are welcome in some. Please check for details. On the doorstep are the shops, museums and galleries in the town, with Fitz Park providing tennis courts, bowling, a pitch and put course and adventure playground.
