Maple Bank Country Guest House is an attractive Lakeland stone house offering an elegant place to stay near Keswick. Built in the Edwardian era and surrounded by an acre of gardens, it provides a perfect place to relax. Run by mother and daughter team Ann and Kate and 4-legged hosts Tara & Trevor we welcome travellers needing a comfortable place to rest. Dogs are welcome too.

Awarded a Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor, our rooms are beautifully furnished with en suite facilities, plenty of storage space, Smart TV, DVD player, hairdryer and beverage tray. There are twin, double and king size rooms and guests are welcome to wander our garden. We have a dog drying area, poop bags and dog crates available if needed.

Your breakfast includes a selection of fresh fruit salad, cooked meals and porridge. We also have options for vegetarian and vegan guests and can cater for allergies or intolerances. Maple Bank enjoys uninterrupted views across the Derwent Valley towards Skiddaw and Latrigg and offers free parking. It is an easy walk to the pubs and country inns in the village of Braithwaite.
