An Darach

An Darach is a traditional Victorian townhouse offering self-catering accommodation in the market town of Keswick. Dating back to the 19th century, made from Lakeland slate and located in Wordsworth Street, the house is only a short stroll to the many traditional shops, tearooms, restaurants and pubs.

Deceptively spacious, An Darach comfortably caters for 8 guests. The living room features a 3 piece suite, TV, open fire and dining table. The galley-style kitchen includes an electric oven, hob and a microwave. There are also 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Owners Derek and Shirley have ensured it is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The River Greta and Fitz Park are adjacent to the house and provide excellent walks and picnic spots. There are museums, leisure centre and various restaurants in the town and you can enjoy the many performances at the Theatre-by-the-Lake alongside Derwent Water.
