Damson Ghyll

Welcome to Damson Ghyll, situated at Latterhead near the village of Loweswater in the beautiful Vale of Lorton. Located in the north-west of the Lake District National Park, we welcome many walkers, cyclists, climbers and travellers to the area. The towns of Cockermouth and Keswick are within driving distance.

Damson Ghyll has great views of Whiteside and Grasmoor. There is an en suite shower room, TV equipped with Sky Freesat, free Wifi connectivity, tea and coffee-making facilities and a mini fridge for guests use. Breakfast is prepared using local produce wherever possible. Choose from a selection of fresh seasonal and dried fruits, cereals and juice followed by a traditional full cooked English breakfast. There is plenty of coffee, tea and toast with home-made jams and marmalades, including an award-winning one!
