Brooklands B&B

Welcome to Brooklands Bed and Breakfast, offering a friendly place to stay near Gilsland. Situated close to Hadrian’s Wall and the Coast-to-Coast (C2C) cycle route, this is a popular choice for many walkers and cyclists. Near to the Cumbria and Northumberland border, we also welcome holiday makers looking for a base from which to explore the area.

B & B owners Andrea and Roger will ensure you are comfortable throughout your stay. There are 2 beautifully-presented guest rooms with king size or twin beds, en suite facilities, Wifi, Freeview TV and a hospitality tray. We also have a guest lounge and extensive gardens which lead down to the River Irvine.

After a sound night’s sleep, guests are served a delicious full English or vegetarian breakfast in the morning, made with locally-produced ingredients. There is a pub and a cafe within walking distance of the B & B, with the attractions of Lanercost Priory and Birdoswald Roman Fort a short drive or cycle away.
