Pudding Cottage

Pudding Cottage is a traditional Lakeland stone cottage offering self-catering accommodation in Ecclerigg. Surrounded by the wonderfully scenic Lake District fells with the shores of Windermere a short walk away, we warmly welcome families, groups and the cottage is also dog-friendly. Pudding Cottage has previously won ‘Cumbrian Cottage of the Year’ and TripAdvisor’s ‘Best Rental Award’.

Accommodating up to 6 guests, the cottage has a light and airy lounge with comfortable sofas, a TV, Blu-ray player and games console. There is a large patio door which leads out onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer dryer and has a dining table. There is a master bedroom with king sized bed and en suite facilities and another king bedroom and twin room.

Outside, there is a private enclosed garden which is safe for children and dogs to play in. Brockhole Visitors Centre is opposite which has an adventure playground, tea rooms and various activities on the lake. There are many dog friendly cafes and restaurants around Ambleside plus various pubs for the adults!
