Tubbs Mill House is a charming 300-year-old cottage offering bed and breakfast accommodation with car parking, near Caerhays. Located within the beautiful Roseland Heritage Coast area, perfect for exploring this part of south Cornwall, hosts Vic and Denise will ensure you have an enjoyable stay in their lovely home.

There are 2 well-appointed guest rooms, both decorated to a high standard with en suite bath or shower rooms. Each is equipped with king sized / twin beds, TV, Wifi, complimentary toiletries, bathrobes and a well-stocked beverage tray. There is a beautiful garden to enjoy during the warmer months. A delicious breakfast is freshly prepared for you in the morning, from fresh local and organic produce, as well as our own homemade bread. We can also provide evening meals by arrangement.

Tubbs Mills is only a mile away from Caerhays Castle and the Roseland Peninsula provides an area of quiet beaches, wonderful coastal scenery and picture-perfect Cornish villages, all within easy access of the interesting towns of Truro, Falmouth and St Austell.
