Carbis Wharf Cottages

Carbis Wharf Cottages is a friendly and family-run business, offering both bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation in Carbis, near the village of Roche in mid-Cornwall. All our properties form part of a beautifully restored historic grade-II listed building with many original features. There is plenty of guest car parking.

Our B & B rooms comprise 4 non-smoking double rooms and a family room with a double and twin beds. Our 6 self-catering properties sleep from 2 to 8 guests and are fully-equipped for a holiday stay. Laundry facilities and free Wifi are available. There is also a shared garden and patio, with a children’s play area outside.

Perfectly located to explore Cornwall in every direction, Carbis Warf is nearby to St Austell with its many shops, restaurants, bars and famous brewery. The popular surfing resort of Newquay is 12 miles away on the north Cornwall coast, or pop to Padstow for some fresh seafood. You can also visit the Eden Project or The Lost Gardens of Heligan near Mevagissey, both within easy driving distance.
