The 3 Tees

The Three Tees in Newquay is a large self-catering property sleeping up to 16 guests. Just a few minutes’ walk from the beach at Lusty Glaze, the South West Coast Path runs along the headland behind the property and there are sea views from some of the rooms. The house has an enclosed garden and ample private parking.

Set over 3 floors, this spacious and well-appointed semi-detached house features a comfortable living room with a gas fire and Smart TV; a well-equipped kitchen including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a dining room and a bar area / games room with a TV and pool table.

There are 8 bedrooms across the first and second floors; 6 double, 1 super king size and 1 family room with a double and single bed. Each has en suite shower facilities and a television. There is also an additional shower room and bathroom. The house has gas central heating and Wifi. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Just a short walk away, Lusty Glaze is situated in a natural amphitheatre of high cliffs providing a sheltered beach with golden sands, popular for watersports. Located at the northern end of Newquay Bay, Lusty Glaze joins up with the adjoining Tolcarne Beach at lower tides. Newquay town centre is less than a mile from the property.
