Hen Joppa

Hen Joppa is a spacious luxury waterfront cottage enjoying magnificent uninterrupted sea, harbour and coastal views. Situated in Newlyn, a traditional fishing village popular with visitors all year round, there are many great pubs, eateries and local amenities. Penzance and Mousehole are both within walkable distance along the famous South West Coast Path.

This ‘upside down’ accommodation makes the most of the stunning views. The lounge area has patio doors leading onto a large roof garden with far-reaching vistas across the bay from the harbour to St Michael's Mount and beyond. The living room / dining area has comfy sofas, a gas coal-effect fire, large Freeview TV and DVD player. The kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms; 2 king-sized / twin and 1 double, all with en suite facilities. The master bedroom is accessed by a separate staircase but can also be reached through a secret lockable bookcase door. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wifi are all included. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available for families. There is parking for a single car and more parking a short distance away.
