Commonwood Manor

Originally built around 1890 in the style of an Italian villa, Commonwood Manor overlooks the East Looe River and boasts spacious, airy rooms with lots of natural light flooding in from the surrounding Cornish countryside. Commonwood is ideally located close to the mainline station at Looe and less than 7 miles from the A38 road. Newquay Airport is just a 45-minute drive away. The Manor can accommodate corporate events, business meetings and receptions. We can also arrange walking or golfing breaks, clay pigeon shooting and wine-tasting events.

Choose from Superior King-sized or Twin rooms and Premier Double guest bedrooms. Rooms all have en suite facilities, with most having river, woodland or garden views. You will also find complimentary toiletries, a flat screen TV, Wifi, alarm clock, hairdryer and facilities for making hot drinks. Dressing gowns are available in our luxury suites. Breakfast includes breads, pastries, cereals, smoked salmon, seasonal fresh fruit, yoghurts, Cornish and Italian hams, a cheese platter and a cooked breakfast using the best of local produce. We also serve Cornish butter and our own homemade jams. A range of fine wines and beverages are available in the salon or guests can choose to relax on the grand terrace.
