We have eight multi award winning 18th century cottages, four luxury glamping units and the Farmhouse set in 13 acres of beautiful woodland in the heart of Cornwall. Family, Friends and fun filled holidays with breathtaking views, excellent facilities and a central location which is great for exploring both coastlines and many of Cornwalls tops attractions including the Eden Project – “A perfect Cornish family adventure”.

Our 9 cottages are lovingly restored and full of character, beautiful exposed beams, unique stone and slate features and spacious contemporary country style interiors. A real home away from home.

Our Luxury Safari Tents are the ultimate Glamping Experience for families. Coffee at the touch of a button, a fully fitted kitchen, private fire pit area or BBQ, decked terrace with private hot tub and access to all of Glynn Barton’s magical facilities.

There is plenty to do onsite. Enjoy our heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, soft play and games barns, garden maze, giant outdoor fort, zipline, giant swing, swings, mini tractors and tennis court. Barbecue stations, pizza point and honesty shop onsite too. Spa treatments available for the ultimate relaxation. EV Charging onsite.

Activities – Join our animal feeding to meet our donkeys & alpaca’s plus many more farm animals. Take part in our weekly campfires & marshmallow toasting, treasure hunts and other interactive games. Follow the nature trail hunt or take to the Forestry England trails direct from our property.
