Hillcrest Cottage is an ivy-clad 19th century cottage offering self-catering accommodation in a rural setting outside Carrickfergus. Set in 5 acres of beautifully maintained gardens with sea views, guests will find everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Owners Norma and Bob will offer a warm welcome.

The interior has been furnished to give it a homely feel, with a cosy lounge equipped with Wifi and TV; fully fitted kitchen with washer dryer, a king sized bedroom with en suite facilities and a twin bedroom. There is off-road car parking and gardens with panoramic views across Belfast Lough.

Carrickfergus is County Antrim’s oldest town and one of the oldest settlements in Northern Ireland. The town is dominated by Carrickfergus Castle, built in the 12th Century and the oldest and best preserved Norman Castle in Ireland. Carrickfergus Museum holds a vast collection of local artefacts. The town is an excellent starting point for exploring the Causeway Coast and Glens.
