Toomer Farm

Toomer Farm is an organic working farm of some 500-acres situated on the Somerset/Dorset border. The house dates back to the Elizabethan era when it was the Manor House for the area. It still has its dove cote and original ponds. There is a large walled garden and small orchard. The Farm is situated on the A30 road, a 5-minute drive from Sherborne.

The guest accommodation consists of double rooms. All are en suite, and have TV, heating, tea and coffee-making facilities, iron / ironing board and mini fridge. There is a comfortable drawing room for guest use and the dining room, where a traditional English breakfast is served. We can accommodate special dietary requirements.

Toomer provides a perfect setting for a Marquee Reception of 200 guests and our accommodation can be booked exclusively for small conferences, business meetings and celebrations. The farm also has a camp site for tents, caravans or motor caravans, with showers and WC facilities. Electric hook ups and water are available on site.
