If you are looking for a secluded holiday location in the Mendip Hills, then Uplands Cottages are the perfect choice! Offering 5 traditional cottages for self-catering accommodation, set in 36-acres near the village of Windscombe, the cottages are surrounded by peace and tranquillity. There is an on-site swimming pool and tennis courts to help you unwind.

Our cottages are all self-contained with their own car parking. There are 2 one bedroomed cottages, 2 three bedroomed cottages and 1 six bedroomed cottage. Beech Cottage has level access from the car park and is on ground floor level making it suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. There is a shared heated outdoor pool, table tennis, barbeque area, bicycle hire and tennis courts, plus plenty of countryside to explore on foot or by bicycle.

Windscombe village is a mile away for the cottages where you can find local shops, a bakery, fish and chip takeaway and post office. The seaside towns of Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea are both within easy driving distance and offer a great day out at the seaside.
