Forge Cottage

Forge Cottage is a delightful 1-bedroomed self-catering holiday cottage in the village of Wootton Courtenay. Located in Exmoor National Park and 4 miles outside the seaside town of Minehead, the cottage is very well-placed for a holiday stay in Somerset. Owner Rosamund will be there on your arrival to offer a warm welcome.

The cottage has an open plan living area with sitting room featuring 2 sofas, Freeview TV, DVD player, iPod dock and electric fire. There is a dining area and fitted galley kitchen with electric cooker and microwave. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a single bed. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

There is a shop in the village which is within walking distance. The cottage is on the Macmillan Way long-distance footpath and there are many other opportunities for walking and cycling in this scenic area. Minehead offers a harbour, beach, restaurants, shops and you can catch the West Somerset Steam Heritage Railway for a scenic trip to Bishop’s Lydeard.
