The Lynch Country House

The Lynch Country House is a charming early 19th century bed and breakfast in the village of Somerton. An ivy cladded house surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and open countryside, this is a perfect location for a stopover or longer stay. The Lynch B & B is mentioned in Sawday’s Special Places and listed in the Good Hotel Guide 2017.

Our rooms are immaculately presented with luxurious furnishings. Some rooms are based in the main house and others in the converted coach house. Each is equipped with private bathrooms or en suite facilities, eco-friendly toiletries, TV, Wifi and hospitality tray. Each has its own character and style, such as our cosy Kendal room up in the eaves which can be used as a family room, to our romantic Goldington room with 4-poster bed. Breakfast is served in the Orangery with views across the garden. You can choose from options including a Lynch Country House Breakfast with all the trimmings or smoked salmon.
