By the Byre Cottages

Offering self-catering holiday accommodation, By The Byre has 4 well-equipped cottages and 3 eco-friendly lodges nestled in the Somerset countryside near Bath. This is a peaceful, family-friendly setting, with unspoilt views across the landscape. Our properties are on the edge of the village of Beckington.

Each of the self-catering cottages sleep 4 in 2 bedrooms; a double and a twin bedroom. The open-plan lounge/dining room has underfloor heating, TV and a DVD Player. Each cottage has a contemporary kitchen with granite worktops. There is a family bathroom and all cottages have Wifi.

Nunney, Farleigh and Beckington Lodges provide a master en suite bedroom, a spacious double / twin, another twin room and a family-sized bathroom. Each lodge has an open plan living area and are comfortably furnished. You will find and a TV, DVD player, wireless Bluetooth speakers and Wifi. Each lodge also has a private patio.

A separate building houses washing machines and dryers, shared by all guests. For families, we have a large collection of stair gates, cots and highchairs and there is a toy library, books, puzzles and DVDs. Outside, there are ride-on toys, footballs and plenty of outdoor space. We can also recommend baby-sitters who can come on-site.
