Champernhayes

Champernhayes offers traditional stone built self-catering holiday cottages to let, in the village of Wootton Fitzpaine. With views across woodlands and open fields, with the sea in the distance, this is a scenic and tranquil location. Champernhayes is only 2 miles from the beach and Jurassic Coast at Charmouth.

Once a site of an 11th century monastery, the farm can be dated back to medieval times. All our cottages were once former farm buildings and still have their original stone walls and beamed ceilings. With a 4-Star Gold Award rating from Visit England, each cottage offers everything you might possibly need for an enjoyable stay. There are cosy cottages for 2 and larger family-sized cottages, with our Barn catering for up to 12 guests altogether. Dogs are welcome.

Guests can use the indoor heated Jacuzzi and we can also offer spa packages, guided tours of the Jurassic coast and various classes, such as yoga. Bespoke holiday experiences at Champernhayes are our specialty. Please see our website for more information.
