Birchcroft Hideaway

Birchcroft Hideaway is a hidden self-catering cottage in a woodland area, perfectly located just 6 miles outside of Bournemouth. With its secluded location and surrounded by wonderful scenery and wildlife, the cottage offers a haven for rest & relaxation and has a private hot tub; accommodating up to 8 guests and with adaptations for people with disabilities, our twin room has a profile bed. We are M2, V1 and H1. We now have a "flexcation" area for guests that need to work while on holiday. We provide a desk, desk chair, monitor, printer and network point with free wi-fi.

Mostly on ground floor level, the cottage has a spacious lounge which looks out onto the garden, a kitchen and a dining room. There are also 4 bedrooms including an en suite room, and a room with profiling bed, a family bathroom and a wet room. Outside the property, there is a beautiful garden with a terrace, well-maintained lawns, children’s playhouse and woodland providing views across Longham Lakes. There is also plenty of car parking.

Adjacent to 19 acres of woodland, there are many lovely walks and opportunities for wildlife-spotting, as well as a friendly pub at the other side! Bournemouth provides beaches, shops, eateries, attractions and entertainment. The cottage is a great base for exploring the many wonderful features of the south coast and surrounding area.
