Surrounded by the Derbyshire Dales, Wirksworth is an interesting market town and a great base for a holiday in this area of Derbyshire. Other nearby attractions include the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway, the Steeple Grange Light Railway, Carsington Water Reservoir, Chatsworth Estate and the Peak District National Park.
