Welcome to Emily Barn, a beautiful stone cottage offering self-catering accommodation for 18 to 22 guests in picturesque Carsington Village. A barn restoration with its charming oak beams and stone flagged floors, guests will also find all the comforts of modern living. Nestled in the Peak District, we are perfectly located for family reunions, walking group holidays or celebrations.

The lounge is very comfortable and is equipped with sofas, a mahogany dining table and there are 2 sets of patio doors leading to the outside courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a handy laundry room. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms in the hayloft. The house also has a bathroom and 3 shower rooms. Outside, there is a large outdoor dining area, a garden and plenty of car parking.

There is Wifi throughout and the heating is powered by a renewable ground source heat pump. Most of the living areas and bedrooms are on the ground floor, so the barn is suited to guests who have mobility difficulties. There are many golf courses nearby and Carsington Water offers windsurfing, fishing, kayaking and more.
