Pear Tree Farm

Pear Tree Farm Self-Catering Accommodation is modern house, originally built as a guest house, but now offering a spacious holiday home for up to 22 guests. It is located in the picturesque village of Lea and ideal for family reunions, group holidays or corporate events. Owners Sue and Alan live in the adjacent property.

The interior is beautifully furnished with a large lounge area. There is a dining room with large refectory table, a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, a dishwasher and 2 fridges. For sleeping, there are 9 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. There is also an art studio. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor with improved access for wheelchair users. There is plenty of car parking with the nearest railway station a mile away.

There is a pub in the village with plenty of shops, restaurants and tea rooms in Matlock nearby. We are only 15 minutes from the fabulous walking routes on the High Peak Trail and are within driving distance to the Heights of Abraham, Gulliver’s Kingdom and Chatsworth House.
