Located on the side of the Derwent Valley and surrounded by open countryside it provides a peaceful setting. Chevin Side has charming beamed ceilings with a cosy lounge equipped with a comfortable suite, TV, DVD and French doors leading to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer and there is a dining area for family meals. There are 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin. Outside the cottage there is a private garden and space for 2 cars.

There are fishing and golfing opportunities nearby and there are lots of footpaths and cycle ways to explore in and around the area. The farm is within easy driving distance for visiting the Peak District, Matlock Bath, Derby and Nottingham.
