The lounge has comfortable seating, TV, DVD and Wifi with a wood burning stove providing warmth in the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and breakfast table, and there are 3 comfortable bedrooms. Outside, there is a orchard and grass area with patio and barbeque. There is also parking. The water comes from an underwater spring, so is pure and not chlorinated.

There is a friendly village pub just a mile away and a delightful farm shop at Denstone. The market town of Ashbourne is 7 miles away where you can find shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, plus a popular golf course and leisure facilities.
