Welcome to Monkswell Park Cottage and Garden Rooms, 2 recently refurbished self-catering holiday homes in a beautiful clifftop location outside Torquay in Devon. These contemporary cottages are in a rural setting offering wonderful sea views and a private pebble beach.

The Cottage provides plenty of room for up to 6 guests and The Garden Rooms is a self-contained cottage sleeping 4 guests. Both properties are equipped with digital TV, DVD, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher and walk in showers. Each has its own private patio area and car parking. Gas and electricity are included in the price.

Torquay is only a mile-and-a-half away, where you can find great shops, restaurants, beaches and much more. For exciting days out visit the Dinosaur Park, Paignton Zoo and Kents Cavern. For walkers, there is the South West Coast Path and Dartmoor National Park is within easy driving distance.
