Deer's Leap

Deer’s Leap is a hidden gem on the edge of Exmoor offering the perfect place to escape and forget the stresses of life. With a beautiful farmhouse offering luxurious self-catering facilities and bell tents for a back-to-nature experience, this is a peaceful and relaxing haven, surrounded by stunning scenery.

Our farmhouse can accommodate up to 21 adults, ideal for group holidays or celebrations. You will find a large lounge featuring widescreen TV with Sky and a wood burning stove; a cosy snug with inglenook fireplace; dining room and a farmhouse kitchen with Aga and Rangemaster cooker. There are 9 bedrooms with 3 having en suite facilities, and a further 3 bathrooms. Outside, there is a private enclosed garden with 2 hot tubs, sauna and barbeque.

We also have 5 bell tents which can be arranged to cater for 10 to 16 guests if booked together. Each is equipped with beds, stove and their own decking area. We can also arrange for a qualified therapist to provide massages as a special treat!
