Welcome to Zeales, a beautifully-presented 17th century white house with a blue front door offering friendly bed and breakfast accommodation in the Devonshire village of North Molton. Located on the edge of Exmoor National Park, we are an ideal choice for walkers, cyclists and anyone who loves the outdoors!

The B & B has 3 well-presented and comfortable bedrooms, all offering en suite facilities, central heating, TV and a refreshment tray. There are double, twin and family rooms and all guests welcome to sit in our lounge with open fire. A delicious full English or Continental breakfast is included in our room rates and we can make you a 3-course evening meal by arrangement. There is a friendly inn in the village and South Molton is just 4 miles away. The coast is within an hour’s driving distance.
