Farwood Barton Holiday Cottages are 3 renovated farm buildings offering excellent self-catering accommodation in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. Located around a Victorian courtyard on a working farm, the location is peaceful, surrounded by open fields and beautiful walks along the Coly Valley. The picturesque coastal town of Seaton is 6 miles away.

All our cottages are 4-Star Gold Award rated by Visit England and have geothermal underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, complimentary Wifi and TVs. There is plenty of car parking. Our 1-bedroomed Apple Loft Cottage was once the mill where the apples were pressed for cider. It has an open plan living area upstairs to make the most of the stunning views. Leat Cottage has a stunning vaulted ceiling to give it a spacious and airy feel and has 2 en suite bedrooms. The Wheelhouse can sleep up to 8 with the old turbine once used to drive the mill providing a focal point in the lounge. All guests are welcome to fish on the lake, use our tennis court, have fun in the games barn or explore our grounds.
