Seacombe is a purpose-built holiday home with 2 awards from the RIBA on the South Devonshire Coast offering stunning views across the cliffs and out to sea. Located in a private and secluded setting between East Prawle and East Portlemouth, it offers luxurious holiday accommodation for up to 9 guests.

The interior boasts oak flooring, underfloor heating, air purification and fresh filtered water. The lounge has wall-to-ceiling sliding doors and sea views, a leather suite, TV with surround sound and a separate cinema room with high definition projector and Blu-ray and Satellite internet. The open plan kitchen area is fully-equipped with washer dryer and dishwasher, with sliding doors opening out onto the patio for al fresco dining. There are also 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 with en suite facilities and balconies.

Outside, there is a patio with barbeque, playing field and herb garden. You will also find ample parking. The house is only 10-minute walk down to the beach at Seacombe Sands and is near the South West Coastal Path where you can walk to Start Point Lighthouse.
