Carswell Farm Cottages

Carswell Farm Cottages offer the perfect escape on an organic working farm along the South Devon coast. Our farm cottages are situated about 4 miles off the A379 main road between Plymouth and Kingsbridge on the Holbeton to Noss Mayo / Newton Ferrers coast road. Our properties and family and dog-friendly.

We have cosy cottages for 2, family sized cottages for 4 or 6 and larger cottages for up to 11. Each were once old farm buildings refurbished to provide comfort and luxury whilst still retaining their individuality. All have free Wifi, fully equipped kitchens, TVs and DVD players, with many of our cottages having private hot tubs, enclosed gardens and wood burning stoves.

There is a communal play area on the farm and the South West Coastal Path passes straight through. There are also opportunities locally for surfing, kayaking, fishing and playing golf. You can find many farm shops, bakeries and microbreweries in the surrounding villages. Noss Mayo is 3 miles away which has friendly inns serving food.
