Woodlands Guest House

Woodlands Guest House is a boutique-style bed and breakfast offering a welcoming place to stay outside Lynton. Situated along the banks of the West Lyn River, with views across Exmoor National Park and the surrounding countryside, owners Steve and Lesley offer a warm welcome and will ensure guests have an enjoyable stay.

We have a variety of rooms available. Our luxury rooms are Watersmeet, Hollerday and Countisbury. They have a super king-sized bed, mini bar, private balconies and en suite wet rooms with power shower. Cleeves is our superior double room, Summerhouse is our standard double and Myrtleberry is a compact double. All rooms have en suite facilities, superfast Wifi and a beverage tray for making hot drinks.

Our breakfasts are delicious and healthy, made from freshly produced ingredients. We offer smoked salmon, organic smoothies, colourful berry salads and traditional full English breakfasts with vegan and gluten-free diets catered for as well.
