South Farm Cottages offers a variety of self-catering dog-friendly cottages for couples, families or groups in the picturesque Blackdown Hills. Situated in a beautiful rural location between the towns of Honiton and Cullompton, we are ideally located for an enjoyable holiday in Devon.

We have a range of cottages to choose from, including our Sallow Cottage for 2, Lake Cottage for 4 (ideal for fishing and wildlife watchers being next to the lake), Carp Lodge for 6 and our luxurious Farmhouse for 10 with its private hot tub, conservatory and enclosed garden. Guests staying in our cottages can use the outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. There is also a children’s play area, a play barn and tennis court, plus fishing on the lake for carp, roach, tench, silver bream and crucian carp. Honiton is just 7 miles away and Exeter is only half-an-hour’s drive away.
